The Tedious Art of Categorizing

I’m not in this for the short-term. I’m in it for the long-haul. Therefore, I want my work to find the right audience. In order to help the right audience find me, I must categorize it correctly.

If Julian Douglas Lived In the Flesh

I was watching “The Last Mistress” and saw Julian Douglas (from Devil’s Descent) almost exactly as I imagined him! I had to share. Hopefully, these images will be a drooling aid when you read Devil’s Descent and not a, “Damnit! Claudia I imagined him entirely different and now you messed it up!

Where Do You Write?

When I came across the article “21 Designer Workspaces” I found myself wondering where other writers spend the majority of time creating. So my call is for all writers, regardless of genre, to please submit a picture of where you write at cdc@claudiadchristian.com.

However, despite my authoring tendencies, I do like to travel the fluffier side of life. And the nerdy side too. My sense of humor ranges from crude to…well, crude, but I like cute, cuddly things as well.

Procrastination is Never Pretty

I wouldn’t say I’m floundering. I’m just a little crazy. All these stories exist in the same world, so having them develop at the same time rocks because it allows me to check for consistency. Quality Inspector #77 at your service, you know? But, it’s hard not to play favorites.

What is Best in Life?

Monday evening I was in my kitchen peeling potatoes and blubbering because I just felt awful. After months of perpetual optimism, of going against my nature and being a perky person, I cracked. I just effing cracked. Reasons? Too many and too embarrassing to actually type and have posted on the internet.

Awkward Beginnings

I honestly didn’t want to write a post. After all, I doubt anyone even reads it. What does it matter? No one will care if I blog or don’t blog.
