Peter Almost Kissing Alice...
Today is the perfect day to share this new manga I came across just yesterday. Why? Today I finally updated Grim Alice, my dark Alice in Wonderland inspired piece, and coincidence favored us all.
Heart no Kuni no Alice is a Japanese manga that takes on Alice in Wonderland. Here’s the summary from One Manga:
The girly but bloody otome game re-imagining of Lewis Carroll’s classic fantasy novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland with bishounen characters and added romance.
In this story, Alice is not all what she seems. She is practical, strong, yet a cynical person. Instead of the tradition story, Alice is kidnapped unwillingly by a mysterious (yet somewhat bishie-looking) man with bunny ears into a place call Heartland. Stuck in Heartland due to a trick by the mysterious bunny eared man, she meets the residents of this world. Along the way, Alice meets Blood, handsome mafia leader; Ace, the psycho yet charming knight and more…What should Alice do in such a world!?
I absolutely love the art, the psycho quality all characters possess, and I just can’t help but love the vibe inspiring this manga. After all, it’s dangerous and playful just like Grim Alice.

Currently, Dark Tower Scanlations group is doing the Japanese-to-English scans, and they are doing a marvelous job. I can’t thank them enough for sharing this.
If you are unfamiliar with reading manga, please be aware that you read this from right to left. Otherwise, you will definitely be confused!

Hey guys! I have read up to chapter 17 in Heart no kuni no Alice! And I think it’s just so AWESOME! But I’m kinda having a panic attack cause I don’t know when the next chapter will come out *bites her nails* Do you guys have any idea? I just need someone to end this freak-out I’m having, I just love this manga soooo much! >.<
I was also having Heart…Alice overdose.
I’m really fond of Peter but Blood is very, very compelling. If I had to choose between the two I’m going to have to go for Blood but it’s a close second for Peter.
I don’t think the next chapter will be out anytime soon because Dark Tower released 5 at once. But their site says “There might not be another release for a bit, because of this but we’ll get working on vol 4 soon” so let’s hope soon is within the month.

So, I’m guessing maybe they’ll be stopping scans after that since Alice has been picked up in the U.S. Not quite sure though. Hopefully, they’ll release the 4 chapters all at once so maybe that will be within a month? I’m hoping so. I really love this manga!
The group dropped the series, so give up on finding the ending

If you want a dark romance story, try reading vampire knight (don’t worry there are no shining yet gay knights in this story).

Thanks for the tip about Vampire Knight. I actually read it already but I’ve only been reading it sporadically. I don’t know, but I think I lost momentum after Yuuki went with Kaname. I think they should have ended it there like they did in the anime. Loved, loved that by the way.

Hey I heard that chapter 25 is realesed on a page named livejournal only go there and type heart no kuni no alice chapter 25 even if it says preview is the whole chapter and chapter 26 is going to be out at deceber 15th
